What you share
The form asks for your name, reply email, inquiry topic, optional card or collection details and message so we can respond. Please do not include payment details, sensitive personal information or a home address.
When email is configured, your inquiry passes through this site’s server to the owner’s mailbox using the configured email provider. The site does not save inquiry messages to a database or browser storage, and does not log inquiry contents.
Inquiry retention
The local server keeps IP rate counters and request identifiers with message fingerprints in memory. These have a ten-minute active window for abuse prevention and duplicate-send protection; expired entries are cleared on subsequent requests or server restart, so an idle server can retain them longer. Mailbox retention and access practices must be defined before public launch.
Your bag
The site stores card identifiers in your browser’s local storage to remember your bag. It stores no customer name, address or payment information there. Clear this site’s browser data to delete the saved bag. There is no analytics, advertising pixel or tracking cookie added by this storefront.
Grading Lab
Card photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by the lab. When you save an inspection, both original photos, guides, inspection settings, grading costs and a summary are stored in this browser on this device. You can reopen saved inspections to continue editing. Older saved summaries do not contain their original scans. You can delete inspections in the lab or clear this site’s browser data; clearing browser data removes those saved photos and reports.
Images and external links
The preview serves its logo and some listing photographs locally. Other photographs load from eBay’s image service, which receives your IP address and normal image-request information. Image requests omit the referring page address. A connected store may load product images from Shopify’s image service. Links to eBay and grading-company records open external services whose own privacy practices apply. No customer contact or payment information is included in those links.
When checkout is connected
When connected, product and cart requests go to Shopify. At checkout, Shopify processes the shipping, contact and payment information needed for the order. This storefront does not receive or store card numbers. Your full cart identifier stays in Shopify’s checkout link rather than in public logs or analytics.
